- Initial consults – 60 minute session
- Follow-up visits – 30 minute
Billing & Payments
Payment is due in full at the time of service unless you are covered by one of the carriers contracted. It is recommended that you contact your insurance company to confirm your coverage for services provided by BrightStar Mental Health LLC. Insurance, co-pays, deductibles, and non-cover expenses are due on the day of the appointment. You will be asked to pay any outstanding balances prior to being seen unless an alternative financial arrangement has been made. By proceeding with our services, you acknowledge that you will be financially responsible for any remaining balance not covered by your insurance.
